History:
I was cold.. hungry.... pathetic.
L'zok never liked to think about his history. It was a bad one to say the least. He was orphaned at five. Left on the streets. He didn't remember what planet he was even borne on... nor did he care. He remembered his master finding him on that cold rainy day. He offered him a home, food, a life. He didn't know at the time who the man really was. It wasn't until a year of living with the man did he discovers his origins. This man named L'zok, who had taken in this small cowering child, was a former Jedi. He had never officially became a Jedi Knight but he still bragged.
L'zok's life with the boy was pleasant to say the least. They both lived on L'zok's farm, harvesting crops, and importing them to the near by towns and cities. L'zok, who had called the boy "Nobody", as he had never told him his name or really anything else for that matter, saw potential in him. When "Nobody" reached the age of eight L'zok took it upon himself to teach the boy how to defend himself. The boy was reluctant at first but eventually came to enjoy sparring matches between he and L'zok. 'L'zok, though noticed something in the boy. He was aggressive, brutal, and had somewhat of a cold personality. L'zok though of this boy as his son. He didn't want this boy to become cold and emotionless. He came to a decision. Maybe if he showed him something meant to enforce peace and prosperity throughout the galaxy... something like his old Jedi weapon... It might just change the way he thought.
The first time I saw it my jaw dropped. It was beautiful... it was raw power.
L'zok was wrong. The boy though of his old lightsaber as a mere tool of power. Despite this he kept with the boy and trained him to use a lightsaber. He crafted a wooden practice sword. The boy learned well and at the age of twelve, he could wield an actual lightsaber without harming himself. It was around this time they both discovered the boy was force sensitive. The hard way. It was a cold dark night. The boy had always had dreams of power. Now they were becoming a reality. At first he practiced in his bed, levitating him pillow. He became quite good at it and when L'zok discovered this he was rather disturbed. He knew the boy had a dark soul but know he could use the force. L'zok loved the boy like a son but this couldn't stay like it was. L'zok forced the boy out of his home. In a fit of rage the boy took the lightsaber and killed the man.
My beginning... my identity... I am Darth L'zok!
At the age of eighteen the boy, now called L'zok, was under the wing of a Sith Master he had found through years of search. He was one of the last ones. L'Zok quickly advanced through his training and by the age of twenty five he had become a full fledged Sith Knight. Thus L'zok would be able to bear the name of Darth L'zok. Ever since then L'zok has wondered through the galaxy in his custom ship. He modified his lightsaber that he had taken from the Jedi L'zok and replaced the original blue crystal. He was now a Sith.
Role Play Sample:
L'Zok cracked his neck. He was going to spar with a fellow Sith Knight. He was confident that he would win the fight. Whether he let his opponent live and the end of the match would be decided on how well he fought.
The two bowed and removed their heavy cloaks. The ignited their lightsaber and L'zok skillfully swung his around as to show off a bit. He snickered as his opponent. The fool had just made the rank of Sith Knight. He wasn't even that strong yet. How he had passed the trials were beyond L'zok.
He sunk into a deep stance as he watched his opponent take a step back and outstretch his arm. One of them, huh? This shouldn't be too hard. He'll prairie my attack and back off. I'll repeat and he'll repeat until he's forced against a wall. That's when I'll go for the kill.
L'Zok gracefully leaped into the air with the aid of the force and triple flipped into his opponent's saber. Just as he had suspected the other Sith Knight skillfully parried his attack. L'zok smiled as he flipped back and landed in a low crouch. He dashed and swung his saber. His opponent stepped back and blocked. L'zok did the same thing four more times until his enemy hit the wall of the sparring room. It would take one more hit if he was lucky. L'zok lunged at his opponent. He wasn't expecting this. He had no time to react.
L'zok's saber slid against his opponent's and impaled the poor, poor Sith Knight. It was pathetic in L'zok's eyes. As he backed way he deactivated his saber and watched his fallen opponent's body hit the floor. It was just to easy this time.
