For the longest time I have thought of nothing but the end. It's a silly way to think, even to live, but you can't help the thoughts running through your mind.
I've been watching Kale lately. Nothing's changed, he's still the same as when I first met him, but I've noticed a new accessory. He has this... book. Sometimes I catch him writing in it, but whenever I get close enough, he looks up at me, smiles, closes it, then pockets it. He certainly knows how to fuel my curiosity.
Only recently I've gotten up the courage to investigate. As it turns out, he's been keeping some sort of journal. It has everything in it. His name, his picture, his life. It even mentions me. He says it's to remember. "Just in case."
Just in case what?
I've decided I don't want to know... Instead, I want to take part. If he feels the need to jot down details like his personal information, I think it's wise I do the same. He'll probably tell me I'm paranoid, being silly, childish. I don't mind. He's probably right. Either way, I don't think I want to find out.
I need to make sure "just in case" never happens.

Skills: Since birth, I have always been very in-tune with the Force. Obviously, this was something I inherited from my parents. Both were Dematri Lue'Zhan Masters. Naturally, it was expected that I would be the same. Luckily for me, I was just as talented. The Force was constantly at my side, as it still is today. I could bend it to my will without barely any trouble at all. It's a gift, let's just say. A very, very lucky gift.
Besides my talent with the Force, I've always been very inept to problem solving. I know that's a trait commonly taken upon by my race, but I'm pretty proud of this feature. As a child, I was constantly trained in that field. My parents thought it was an important feature in a child; I believe they were right. It's helped me a lot in my life, both with my battles and my Kale.
Strengths: As previously stated, I'm very good with problem solving and the force. They're my greatest strengths. Well, besides one: my husband. Kale is my all-time greatest strength. He empowers me, motivates me, keeps me moving forward. I benefit more from him than any human being could ever wish to gain from any material or nonmaterial item.
Weaknesses: I'm sure I have many, many weaknesses. Everybody does. The only one worth noting, though, is my husband. Although he is my greatest strength, he is also my greatest weakness. I could not imagine a world without him.
Likes & Dislikes: I like being with my husband. I dislike being without him.

History: My history is long, twisted, and full of many different trails that branch away from the main point. I could spend your entire life explaining every insignificant detail, but that's not why I'm here. The purpose of this documentary is to keep steady track of the parts of my life that matter. The ones that I remember and will help define the kind of person I am. I'm not proud of all of my choices, and regret quite a few of them, but one never benefits from dwelling too much on the past.
I will be taking the course Kale chose when he wrote out his own history. He has always been a very thorough man...
The Beginning
My Family
When I was born, my family was strong. They knew it, too. Out of five children, I was the only girl. I was the youngest child, as well as the disappointment to my father. He wanted boys. He wanted men. Luckily, the other four before me were boys that quickly sprouted into fierce warriors. He was very pleased with them. Always, he would reward them. He wanted the Silversand name to carry on for many generations after his death. My brothers were just as ruthless in that wish.
Holden is the oldest, born eight years before me. He was naturally a warrior at heart. He had a fierce understanding of the Force. He was always eager to train, to learn, to grow. He wanted to be the strongest, not just the oldest. He grew into the exact replica of my father's dream warrior.
Gabriel is next to follow. Like Holden, he received all of my father's attention. Though he and Holden never tended to get along, it didn't stop them from training together when my father was on missions. Unfortunately, Gabriel is remarkably handsome. Toward his teenage years, that started to go to his head. In the end, Holden and Gabriel's closeness would fall apart because of it.
Sebastian was third in line. This was the child with the least amount of talent. He still bloomed into that picture-perfect warrior, but his heart was never fully into the fight. He would much rather be with his fiancee. I would never tell my brothers this, but Sebastian was definitely my favorite.
And finally comes Payton. He is the brother that is closest to me in age. As such, he will always be my greatest rival. Since the other three were older by years, Payton was the one left to care and train with me. My father never wanted anything to do with me. I was a female. Weak, useless, incapable of fulfilling his lust for power. In the end, I found this to be the best thing he ever could have done for me. I learned so much more from Payton than I could from my father. Though Payton didn't like me, and still doesn't, I will always be grateful to him for his efforts.
My mother, though, was different from my father. She didn't like that my father only wanted children for his own greedy reasons. Naturally, she was happy to supply him with the children he wanted, but she wasn't so eager to give them up to a life of battle. She had never been very keen on tapping into her power with the Force. Violence wasn't her forte. She liked to leave that up to my father. He was happy to take up the roll. While she didn't like violence, he certainly did.
Growing Up pt. 1
Years of Training
Much to my father's amazement, and probably the cause of his high blood pressure for eighteen years, I was just as much a warrior as Holden. When my father assigned Payton to me, I would quickly finish our training session just to take part in my father's training with Holden. For the first few years, my father took me as a joke. Soon, though, I put an end to his taunting sneers. I was amazing with the Force. My size and agility allowed me to outplay all of my brothers more than once.
By the time I was ten, I was feeling pretty confident about myself. Payton was twelve, Sebastian was fourteen, Gabriel was sixteen, and Holden was eighteen. I was still living under the influence of my "little girl" apperance, but I wouldn't let it get to me. Life was good, but little did I know that it was about to get even better.
Growing Up pt. 2
Kale Shadowsong
This is the time of my life when I met my husband. We were just kids back then, of course. Young, restless, and both eager to prove we could make a difference. Unlike me, Kale was an only child, but that didn't matter to him. He was still strong. Stronger than me. Even with all of my training with my brothers, he was still better. It would remain that way for many, many years. I would always be one step behind him, even though we would learn to walk side-by-side, hand-in-hand.
Five years after meeting Kale, he was struck by tragedy. His mother died. It was a very sad, very lonely time for him. I did my best to be there for him. To my family and what friends I'd managed to hang on to, this was a strange tactic for me. I've always been a naturally reserved person, generally living in my own cold shell. But with Kale... Kale is different. He was and is my other half. He's sun in my world, even at fifteen years old.
Growing Up pt. 3
Moving Higher
For several years, my life with Kale was simply moving forward. My brothers had already been promoted upward, hand-selected by the Elders to go through further training than just with my father. Of course, this pleased my father to no end. I've never seen him in a better mood on those days ever before in my life. Anyway, back to my main point. Payton and I were the last children left. Holden, Gabriel, and Sebastian were all on their way to becoming one of the Lue'Zhan elite, as I've previously mentioned.
Two years after Sebastian had begun his training, it was Payton's turn. And, much to my surprise, Kale's. Kale had been working as an engineer when the Elders took notice of him. He was so excited to be taking part in something so full of honor and glory. I don't think I've ever seen him in such a good mood before this. I trained with Kale every day after the Elders dismissed him. I wanted him to be the best just as much as he did, for I knew I would never find any greater joy in the world than seeing him happy.
As luck would have it, little less than a year after Payton and Kale had begun training, the Elders found an interest in me as well. This is the time of my life when I was a complete disgrace to my father. Women are weak, remember? They shouldn't be warriors. Before this, he'd always seen me as a joke. And now, with much thanks to Holden's encouragement, he had to take me seriously. I was finally on my way and loving every second of my father's discomfort.
